Smart Consolidation

The Consolidation module is designed for high-volume picking operations where multiple orders are picked in a single batch (Wave Picking) and need to be sorted into individual orders before packing.

The Workflow

  1. Wave Pick: A picker collects items for 20 orders into one mixed cart.
  2. Induct: The cart is brought to the Consolidation Wall.
  3. Sort: The operator scans an item. The system lights up a specific "Put Wall" slot (via screen or LED).
  4. Complete: Once a slot has all its required items, it is flagged as "Ready to Pack".
