Users & Roles (RBAC)
Security in the WMS is handled via a Role-Based Access Control system.
Note: User and Role management is centralized in the Accounts Hub.
To add staff or change permissions, navigate to the Hub User Manager.
Managing Users
- Go to the Accounts Hub (Link in top right dropdown).
- Click Users.
- Click Add New User to invite a team member via email.
Default Roles
- Tenant Admin: Full access to all modules, billing, and settings.
- Site Admin: Operational access to specific sites. Cannot manage billing.
- Warehouse User: Restricted access to scanning terminals (Picking, Receiving).
Site Assignment
Users can be assigned to one or more Sites. A user cannot view or interact with inventory at a site they are not assigned to. This assignment is managed in the Hub.
