Users & Roles (RBAC)

Security in the WMS is handled via a Role-Based Access Control system.

Note: User and Role management is centralized in the Accounts Hub. To add staff or change permissions, navigate to the Hub User Manager.

Managing Users

  1. Go to the Accounts Hub (Link in top right dropdown).
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click Add New User to invite a team member via email.

Default Roles

Site Assignment

Users can be assigned to one or more Sites. A user cannot view or interact with inventory at a site they are not assigned to. This assignment is managed in the Hub.
