Replenishment

Replenishment is the internal movement of stock from bulk storage (Reserve) to pick faces (Primary). This ensures pickers always have stock available in easy-to-reach locations.

How Tasks are Generated

The system runs an hourly job that checks:

  1. Min/Max Levels: If a primary pick location falls below its minimum level.
  2. Demand: If there are open orders requiring stock that is currently only available in bulk.

Executing Moves

Operators use the Replenishment Tasks terminal to view pending moves. The scanner directs them to pick from the bulk pallet and drop the items into the pick bin.
